Returns/Refunds

Pre-Orders are non-refundable for 'change of mind' and in the event an order needs to be cancelled any tax/duty, transaction and administration fees will be deducted from a refund.

Payment plans and deposits are non-refundable.

Repairs and Exchanges

All KinderPod products are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase against faulty workmanship or materials. If the item arrives and is found to be faulty then KinderPod will reserve the right to either repair or replace . Please contact us within 24 hours of identifying the issue to arrange how to return or repair the goods.

Refunds are not available however, if there is a faulty part then please contact us and replace the part if it is available. Freight costs will be at KinderPod’s sole discretion and will be determined by the nature of the fault.
