Returns/Refunds

Pre-orders are non-refundable. If an order needs to be cancelled, any tax/duty, transaction, and administration fees will be deducted from the refund.

Payment plans and deposits are non-refundable.

If returning a stroller under our 30-day money-back guarantee (Feb 2026) promotion, return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer. All items must be returned in as-new condition and in the original packaging before receiving a refund.

Repairs and Exchanges

All KinderPod products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against faulty workmanship or materials. If an item arrives and is found to be faulty, KinderPod reserves the right to repair or replace it. Please contact us within 24 hours of identifying the issue so we can arrange the return or repair process.

Refunds are not available for warranty claims. If a part is faulty, please contact us  and we will replace the part if it is available. Freight costs are at KinderPod’s discretion and will be determined by the nature of the fault.
